Closed Allow tax payers to opt out of funding war and fund conflict prevention instead

All UK taxpayers, including corporation tax payers, should have the opportunity to express their conscientious objection to their taxes being used on military and weapons. Instead the amount of their tax which would have been spent on military and weapons should fund conflict prevention programmes.
