Rejected petition Stop the use of full face covering helmets to stop moped gang terrorists.
The Moped Gang is the new form of terrorism in the UK, distressing many individuals by stealing motorcycles and harming individuals.They are covered by a helmet which does not enable anyone to see their face. Wearing a full face covering helmet in the city should be a crime.

The tools used (hammer and angle grinder) is dangerous for the citizens. the police are not able to catch them because they are not able to identify the criminals as they cover their face with a helmet. The government should ban the use of full helmets in the city so the drivers could be identified. If anyone wearing a covering helmet is seen, they should be warned or fined. This is a step that should be taken to stop the new terrorists: Moped Gang
