Rejected petition Introduce a universal test for job applicants to do instead of competency based.

A universal test which covers personality, scenarios etc for job applicants to carry out at interviews. Competency based questions are not a measurement of an applicants potential, and for this reason job applicants miss out on employment. A PC based test can measure potential more accurately.
