Petition Should be a pets NHS. Not every1 can afford their pets ops and treatments

If you can't afford your pets operations or treatments they end up getting put down and its not fair. If your from a working class family it can be hard providing for your family as well as paying huge vet bills. Pets are part of the family!:)xxx
