The recent e-collar ban is fundamentally flawed in still permitting use of electric containment systems which make similar use of the fear- and pain-based so-called ‘training aid’.
‘Invisible fences’ inflict the same aversive stimulus on pets, scientifically proven to negatively affect welfare.
