I want to make the law apply to domestic construction noise pollution, it shouldn't just apply to construction sites. This should apply to disturbing noise domestically. I have had to endure (for a year so far) drilling & banging up until 11pm, all day Sunday at times.
When your sleep and peace is impacted it causes real stress.The police informed me that my neighbour can drill & bang on my adjoining wall all night, there is no law. This surely just isn't healthy
