Petition workers on benefits should be able to do overtime when needed without deductions

Workers who claim benefits should be able to do overtime e.g. 20 hours, when needed, over a tax year to help in times of hardship. After the capped overtime hours have been used you cannot do anymore in that year.

This proposal came about after I wanted to consider overtime to help me and my son, but I am unable to do so.
