Closed Introduce carbon tax in the UK.

The UN recently reported that we have 12 years to reduce carbon emission by 45% or we will face a climate change catastrophe. According to a study published by the Guardian it is reported that just 100 companies are responsible for 71% of global emissions. We need to take action!

By introducing a carbon tax it will encourage companies emitting large amounts of carbon dioxide will lower their carbon footprint or companies will turn to renewable energy. This is real and cannot be avoided, going vegan, having a shower instead of a bath, cycling all help but companies emitting large amounts of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere need to dealt with.
