Closed Standardise speed limits for vehicles up to 3500kg

Currently commercial vehicles including light weight vans are limited to 60mph on dual carrageways and 50 mph on single. This causes confusion and frustration for vehicles following.

Not everyone is aware of this rule and probably wonder why vans are traveling slowly, holding up traffic, forcing following vehicles to overtake which can be hazardous. People who are unaware of the rule can find themselves with an unnecessary speeding ticket.
