Petition Reform use of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) in employment
Settlements that include NDAs remain secret. This can perpetuate a culture of bullying and victimisation and allow abuse to remain unchallenged. All NDAs should explicitly say that employees or ex-employees are allowed to talk about any bullying and harassment they might have seen or experienced.

The opposite view, that payments routinely reward false allegations, also leads to the same conclusion. These NDAs are inappropriate.
