Closed Tougher laws to protect Fisheries & Rivers from the illegal theft of fish.

Fisheries & Rivers are being robbed of there fish stocks and the Police just do not seem to hase the powers to effectively stop this from happening.
New laws are needed to enable an effective deterent to be in place, at the moment very few if any are being dealt with, there is currently no deterent

The law needs to make the penalties harder and that would enable the Police and Environment Agency to actually create a respect for this law, the current level of protection is being broken with no fear of the consequences if caught.
