The issues caused by Vehicles parking on Footpaths is General and Not just London, causes Issues with the Disabled Scooters, the Blind, Pushchairs and the Elderly, Vehicles on Footpaths also Cause Damage to the Footpaths costing the Councils Money and the Tax payer

Footpaths are as in the Name for People on Foot Only for Safety Issues and Children not having to go out into the Road to get by some who do Not care as long as they do not have to walk far.

Parking on footpaths should be illegal outside London as well as inside. Should have never happened that London appears to be Separate from all other Cities and Towns.
