Petition Require all new houses to have solar panels and a rainwater collection facility.
No attempts are being made to assist with water consumption or power generation when measures are available to lessen the burden on resources.
It is simply not sensible to flush a toilet with water of drinking water standard when rainwater can perform a similar job.

Yes there will be an increase in cost if providing such facilities but with widespread use this will diminish as standard parts are manufactured and used.
