Petition Reopen the Exeter to Plymouth Railway line via Okehampton

Exeter to Plymouth has currently one railway line connecting two big cities. The current railway line in bad weather is always being closed to trains. This cuts off Plymouth and Cornwall from the rest of the country.
Reopening the Okehampton route will help the situation.
