Rejected petition All owners of 4x4's must prove a valid reason to drive such a large vehicle.
Many needless 4x4's are on our roads. large off road capable vehicles are often purchased for use as a normal family car and to help with shopping. In the midst of a huge drive for enviromental change, we should also look to cut down on needless vehciles on top of the ban on all new car sales.
