This petition was submitted during the 2017-2019 parliament
Rejected petition The petition calls on MPs to vote against the draft "Brexit" agreement.
In 2017, David Davis, (then Brexit Secretary), set out the government's objectives for "Brexit" negotiations. Keir Starmer, MP has subsequently identified “six tests” to measure whether these objectives had been achieved. The draft agreement does not meet these objectives.

Why was this petition rejected?
It’s about something that the UK Government or Parliament is not directly responsible for.
How an MP votes would be an individual decision for that person, and not a decision for the Government or Parliament as a whole.
You could ask your own MP to vote to vote against the agreement. You can find out who your MP is and how to contact them here:

We only reject petitions that don’t meet the petition standards.
