Closed Create provision in law for Overtime Payments & max normal hours to be 40/week!

In current Law there is no provision for maximum working week i.e. what hours an employee must work on normal basis and there is no provision for overtime payments. Working over for free IS EXPLOITATION. and we, the working people who are your employers do deserve payment for worked hours!

Please set the following in the Employment Law:
- max contractual normal working hours to be 40 hours per week
and anything above and over 40hours/week to be considered overtime
- make an explicit provision in law that any overtime must be paid for
and minimum rates shall be:
- 1.33x or above for overtime worked on a normal working day
- 1.50x or above for overtime worked on Saturday
- 2.00x or above for overtime worked on Sunday or Public/Bank Holiday
