Petition Ban estate agents from managing family members’ properties.

After 6 years of nothing but stress due to a "estate agent" who was related/family member to my landlord renting a badly maintenanced property to me. I want a law in place to protect people who private rent from being put in my place.

I want restrictions that stop relatives who are estate agents/letting agents renting out properties to people for family members.

Estate agents make money renting a place out so not only do they make a financial gain themselves but for their family this would be disallowed in other professions as conflict of interest.
This also gives the issue I had the place was in disrepair and the estate agent was the manager disregarded any laws in place to protect me as a Tenant to help his family.
