Petition Ban Helium in party balloons.

Helium is used to inflate party balloons. We believe that helium, as a finite resource, should be used exclusively for essential needs such as medial purposes. Party balloons can be used with air to create great displays. Parts of Norway have banned helium for balloons and the UK should follow.
