Closed 16 and 17 year olds to be allowed to vote in a referendum on the Brexit deal.

if Parliament supports a final referendum on the deal to leave the EU it is important that young people are listened to through the ballot box. It happened in the Scottish Independence Referendum and there are no barriers to it happening in a referendum on the final EU deal.
