Rejected petition Stop train fares rising in Januray and cap the costs

As of Jan 2nd the train fares will be rising by another 3.1%. Ater the madness of May 2018 with the new timetable I don't this is called for at all! I'm asking for a cap on all train fares until train companies can offer a reliable and affordable service for all.
