Rejected petition Stop the Rising Train Fares for 2019!!

We have all heard that UK rail fares are to rise 3.1% in the new year!
UK Rail use the excuse time and time again that to improve the service/ experience they need to increase fare prices. However everything about our Rail Service is getting worse! UK Rail need to stop taking advantage of us!
