Closed Increase funding to Staffordshire Police to protect villages from car crime.

Small villages in Staffordshire are being targeted for car crime as they are seen as easy targets due to the lack of visible police coverage. Stations are being closed and police are having to travel over an hour to reach scenes and take arrestees to stations.

The Facebook page Wombourne Online is reporting car crime at least 4 times a week - including violent targeted thefts where homeowners are being threatened for this cars. The police are stretched to breaking point and need more resources.
