Closed Make it an offence to share film footage of assault with intent to humiliate.

Too many young people are sharing footage of fights and assaults with the intent to humiliate the innocent victims.

I would like the UK government to make it illegal to share film footage on social media or via phone to phone where the intent is to humiliate the victim. An example being the young innocent girl who was seriously assaulted and then the footage was shared with the intent to cause her further distress.
