Rejected petition Make bullying a criminal offence that goes on children's records.

Reading so many bullying stories with parents pleaing for advise on how to help their children seems to only be getting worse. I'd like to make it go on to a record to help bullies understand the consequences of they're behaviour can effect them later on realising the lasting damage they can cause.
