Petition Ban single-use cups in cafes when customers are 'eating in'.

This is unnecessary consumption of paper and plastic resources. Very few single-use cups can be, or get recycled. For customers who are drinking their drinks on the premises, cafes should be required to use mugs / ceramic cups and wash them up.
