Closed petition Increase the VAT threshold for small businesses to £110k

Cost of materials and other services e.g energy new technology and regulations have gone up but small businesses struggle to pass this cost on immediately. Small businesses do contribute towards VAT through above costs but never reclaim. We require this small assistant to keep the business afloat.

Small businesses are the foundation of this country. With the current political uncertainty and rising costs, small businesses are feeling the brunt of it and finding difficult to "make ends meet" and rapidly verging on to impossible. This small gesture from the government will help small businesses to thrive on and become stable to help build the countries future.
