Closed CANZUK: Join the Trans-Tasman Travel Arrangement

We would like the UK government to formally begin talks with the Canadian, Australian and New Zealand governments to allow for the accession of the UK and Canada into the Trans-Tasman Travel Arrangement.

Subject to strict criminal and healthcare checks, this would allow free trade, freedom of movement, reciprocal healthcare and visa free labour for citizens including retirement location between the four nations. No benefits claims can be made for expats until 2 years residency.

The 4 governments and their opposition parties, have all committed to fostering deeper ties. This idea has been consistently polled to show strong support, amongst the general public, in all regions of the 4 nations.
