All car parks with more than 10 bays should have mandatory car charging stations available. All office building and warehouses with permanent employee presence where the car is parked for more than 8 hours should have free car charging facilities.
People go in super markets and normally spend 20 to 60 minutes, car manufacturers say that the car be charged from 20% to 80% in 40 minutes, these 40 minutes should be utilised and people will have the cars charged up when they are done shopping, and this charging should be free.
The 10% minimum requirement mentioned above should be raised by 5% each year.
At permanent place of work this energy for car charging should mainly come from Solar panels.
