Closed Require all Blue Badge parking to be free

More & more frequently we are finding that Blue Badge parking is being charged at normal tariffs.

Blue Badge holders are the most severely disabled of all with life limiting or terminal diagnosis.

Holders are restricted to the work they can do and are therefore limited to what they can potentially earn.

Holders generally have increased expenses and are therefore more frugal with the funds available to them that non-disabled persons do not have.

Blue Badge Holders generally have to attend appointments at hospital/s at a greater frequency which also limits ability to earn whilst adding pressures to their earnings.
