Closed Offer tax relief on the fees for the EU Settlement Scheme

EU citizens who were not eligible to vote in the Brexit referendum are being charged £65 to apply to stay in the UK. This is manifestly unjust. As a bare minimum we should recognise the contribution of our friends & neighbours by offering income tax relief on these fees.
