Closed petition Help domestic abuse victims and survivors to keep their children

Closed on

1 in 4 women will experience Domestic Abuse at some point in their lifetime.

2 women EVERY WEEK are murdered by a current or former partner.
The Adoption and Children Act 2002 extended the definition of significant harm to include ‘impairment suffered from seeing or hearing the ill-treatment of another’, which means that domestic abuse victims and survivors are having their children taken into care and adopted. It’s our duty to change this.
