Rejected petition make cyclist have to follow the same criteria as any other road using vehicles

cyclist need to understand the highway code, and be made traceable for there actions .insurance, no plate, licence and bike safety test.

jumping red lights, forcing there way through traffic on narrow roads.no lights, generally abusing drivers for there lack of understanding the rules of the road, failing to use a cycle lane when one is available .
as more join the road network this is only going to get worse to prevent a fatality action is needed now before the issue becomes too big to handle
