Rejected petition John Bercow must be replaced following flouting of parliamentary procedures.
John Bercow is required to be neutral in all aspects of his post, on several occasions shown bias one way or another, the latest being the overruling of advice from a senior clerk over amendments to a non amendable motion in the HOC. This behaviour cannot be allowed continue as it breeds mistrust.
