Closed International marriage legal right to be with family wives husbands and children

Even people who’ve been married for years can have to wait months or even years for a settlement visa. The Home Office never gets back to you and can keep you on hold for months or years at a time.

There should be an automatic legal right for the partners and children of British citizens to live with them in the UK, without the ridiculous prices of visas, travel costs and time spent waiting for an outcome.
