Closed Make it a legal obligation for businesses to turn all lights off after close.

The large majority of business's in the UK will keep lights running throughout the night in order to advertise their company. On a large scale this is a huge waste of our resources and banning this act could be a simple step to significantly reduce our countries impact on the environment.
