Closed Mandatory minimum life sentence for rape

In 2003 its estimated there were 50,000 rapes every year. 600 sent to jail on average. If this isn’t ridiculous then.. There will be no change if we don’t start by helping the people in the world. Victims have a life sentence, so should the perpetrators.

Raping someone is as bad as killing someone, because no one recovers from that. There is not enough justice for victims. Rapists do time and then are back out in the world to do it again. This needs to change and this is a start.
