Petition Make identity theft a punishable crime

A fraudster entered into a loan agreement in my name, but I could not record it as a crime. Technically loan companies, banks and so on are the victims of such crimes.

Identity theft should be a separate offence with the person whose identity is stolen identified as the victim and the identity thief punished.
