Closed Legalise sale of raw hemp flowers and match THC limit of Switzerland.

THC psychoactive within 'street weed' has risen to dangerous levels. Unbalanced THC:CBD levels can cause mental health issues for the consumer. Relaxing Hemp Flower ('Cannabis Light') law gives a legal, non-psychoactive alternative whilst also creating a new UK industry from beneficial cannabinoids.
