Closed Legislate that ISIS membership carries a minimum 30 year prison sentence.

ISIS members are trying to return to the UK now that their caliphate has been overrun. While we cannot make so called British citizens stateless, we can legislate that ISIS membership carries a minimum 30 year jail term. This will deter ISIS members trying to return to the UK.
