I believe the people of England should not have to pay for a prescription.

I believe the people who reside in England should have the same rights as anywhere within the UK. Unfortunately England is the only Country within the UK that pays for prescriptions, I find this a form of discrimination, we the people of England demand the same rights as the other 3 Countries within the UK.
