Closed Attacks on homeless people, should be classed as a hate crime

Homeless people are some of the most vulnerable members of society, but face the risk of physical and verbal attacks, having there personal possessions stolen by members of the public daily. Homeless people live in absolute poverty with many having complex needs, living chaotic lives.

449 homeless people died across the UK in 2018, some as a direct result of being victims of an assault.
