Closed Make it legal for for all domestic knifes to have a rounded tip when sold in UK

Reducing the risk of knife crime would be enhanced by rounding domestic knife tips.
There is no need for them and for commercial kitchens these should be sold under a record of sale. Taking weapons out of the home is an obvious easy solution which can be instigated by manufacturers under law.

Emergency surgeons are also asking for this as fatal injuries are caused by stabbing rather than slashing - reducing the number of knifes reduces the risk.

It simply needs the government to pass this.
