make it mandatory to display food hygiene ratings in England as it is in Wales and Northern Ireland. A lot of places who get a low rating do not display their hygiene rating, this should be on display in front window for all to see and include the date of the inspection.
There are many incidents throughout England that cause customers illness through bad hygiene in businesses. Make it mandatory to show ratings and the date of inspection on the front of ratings sign before entering premises. England should come in to line the same as Wales and Northern Ireland regarding this issue. I call on all MP's to make this happen.
