Rejected petition Cap car insurance for young drivers at £1000 a year

The price of car insurance is so high that it’s day light robbery I want the government to introduce a cap of £1000 for young drivers car insurance so that it allows young drivers the freedom to travel round the uk without the worry of if I have enough money to cover my insurance which is over £2000
