Closed Ban Single Use Coffee Cups

It's documented that single use coffee cups account for 0.7% of the UK's total paper packaging waste. They are currently not recyclable due to their plastic polyethylene lining. Banning these would prevent 7 million cups being dumped into our environment every single day.
