Closed petition Ban tying up pets outside of buildings, shops ect.

Closed on

Leaving pets unaccompanied tied up out of shops and buildings can be distressing for the animal and potentially lead to pet theft, if unaccompanied for a long time.

On numerous occasions I have witnessed dogs tied up outside of betting shops, supermarkets and convenience stores in clear distress. Barking, shaking and crying. If this was a child it would be deemed unacceptable so why is it acceptable for pets (puppies and adults) to be tied up whilst careless owners do as they like.
