Closed Sex offenders need to have parental rights taken away from them

As it stands both parents have joint parental rights and responsibilities of their children if born after october 2003 whether married or not Or on the sex offenders register!

Convicted Paedophiles and sex offenders with children born after 2003 still have legal rights and responsibilities over their children. This needs to change as no parent or guardian should have to fight in a family court to have those rights revoked.
Please help me get 10,000 signatures so the government can look into changing this!
