Closed Professionals to receive mandatory training around Carers and their needs

There is continuing to be a significant increase in unpaid Carers coming forward for help and support. However, some Carers feel unable to ask for help, therefore, professionals identifying a Carer is extremely important.
Unfortunately, a lot of professionals lack the knowledge of Carers.

‘There are around 7 million Carers in the U.K. - that is one in ten people!’ (Carers.org)

Professionals having mandatory training would give them the knowledge they need in order to help, support and identify Carers earlier.

Unpaid Carers are not valued - Let’s change this!
