Whether; against the European Union, in favour of a European Union, or undecided following new information, the possibility of agreeing on a final exit arrangement is so decisive the best outcome to put an end to uncertainty is to hold a second advisory referendum.

Voting Qualification
- UK citizens living in EU (no matter length of residency as they will be very affected by No Deal scenario)
- EU citizens living in the UK for more than an agreed period of time
- All other UK Citizens aged 16 or over
